SHIPPING PROCESS

We ship all orders via USPS, or UPS depending on destination. Web orders are typically processed within 36 hours of payment. If you request expedited shipping we will do our best to ship same day or the following day by 2pm. Please email [email protected] with any special requests. We are a small business and work tirelessly to provide the most efficient and rapid service possible.

GROUND SHIPPING -
Delivery in 4 to 7 business days
Every effort is made to process and ship within 24 hours if received on a business day.

SECOND DAY SHIPPING -
Delivery in 2 business days from processing and shipping
Every effort is made to process and ship within 24 hours if received on a business day.
Second Day shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

EXPRESS/NEXT DAY SHIPPING -
Delivery next day from processing and shipping
Every effort is made to process and ship within 24 hours if received on a business day.
Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

• All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday and expedited deliveries are unable to be delivered on Saturday.
• Shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase at Viadellerose but understand sometimes you need to make an exchange or return. We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges with the following terms below:

Items eligible for return: Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to be ensure eligibility. 

• - In Store: Eligible items may be returned within 24 hours for a full refund or 7 days for a store credit/exchange.  Sale items, swimwear, intimates and special orders are final sale.  
• - Online Orders: Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchange when received back to VDR Boston within 10 days of your orders original delivery date. Sale items, swimwear, intimates and special orders are final sale.
